that review app lets a business run performance reviews: pick a template, send an employee a magic link, both parties complete and sign, and the signed PDF is stored for seven years. The 14-day trial is free and doesn't take a card. After that it's $399 per year (AUD, including GST where applicable), flat — not per seat.

• One account per business, held by the owner or their delegate.
• Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• You must have the authority to enter your employees' details and to run reviews about them — that's an employer function and it's yours, not ours.

The flat price covers one business running reviews for its own staff. Soft limits — a cap on active employees and a daily email cap — keep the service fast for everyone and stop abuse; most businesses will never notice them. If your genuine use needs more room, contact us and we'll raise your limits.

• We keep signed reviews retrievable for seven years.
• Signed PDFs are hashed (SHA-256) and timestamped so tampering is detectable.
• We don't sell your data or your employees' data. See the privacy policy.

We provide the paperwork, not the employment advice. A signed review is evidence that a conversation happened and what was agreed — it is not legal advice, and it doesn't guarantee any outcome in a dispute. For questions about managing staff, talk to an employment adviser or Fair Work.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent the Australian Consumer Law allows. Where the law implies guarantees we can't exclude, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the fees you've paid for the current period.

• Cancel anytime from Settings via the Stripe billing portal. Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period.
• When the trial ends without a subscription, the account becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, and your PDFs stay downloadable.
• We can suspend accounts used unlawfully or abusively (e.g. attempting to access other businesses' data).

If these terms change materially we'll email the account holder before the change takes effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
